Cancellation received 14 or more days prior to the start of the event (before July 25th) will not incur any charge.

Cancellations received from 7 – 13 days prior to the start of the event (before August 1st) will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost of the full booking.

Cancellations received from 6 days prior to the start of the event onwards will incur a late cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the full booking. 

We are not able to refund accommodation bookings for cancellations received after July 28th.
