As a supportive measure that may help students and university staff from Ukraine, registration fee waivers are available for ESSLLI attendees in and from Ukraine.

If you are a citizen of Ukraine, or a student or scholar affiliated with a university or other higher-education institution in Ukraine, and you would like to attend ESSLLI’22, please send a short email to feewaivers@esslli.eu 

Your email should include your first name and surname, contact details, student status or job title, and the name and address of your affiliation (if applicable).

Please attach evidence that your affiliation is a higher-education institution in Ukraine or that you hold Ukrainian citizenship (for example, a scan of your passport or student/staff ID card). If you are unable to provide an official document, please email us and we will advise on possible alternative forms of proof.

We will then send you a fee-waiver code which you can use when registering on the summer school’s website once registration is open.
